n8n Personalized Evening Wind-Down System with Mood Tracking
This n8n workflow automates a personalized evening wind-down routine, incorporating mood tracking via Telegram and Notion, and sending a summary email. It aims to help users reflect on their day, track their mood, and prepare for a restful evening.
What it does
This workflow performs the following key actions:
- Scheduled Trigger: At a predefined time each day, the workflow initiates the wind-down process.
- Mood Check-in (Telegram): It sends a message to a Telegram chat, prompting the user to rate their day on a scale of 1-5 and provide a brief description of their mood.
- Mood Logging (Notion): The user's mood rating and description are then recorded in a specified Notion database.
- Personalized Wind-Down Suggestion (OpenAI): Based on the user's mood, OpenAI generates a personalized wind-down activity suggestion.
- Wind-Down Delivery (Telegram): The generated wind-down suggestion is sent back to the user via Telegram.
- Daily Summary Email: A summary of the day's mood and the wind-down suggestion is compiled and sent to the user via email.
Prerequisites/Requirements
To use this workflow, you will need:
- n8n Instance: A running n8n instance.
- Telegram Bot: A Telegram bot token and the chat ID where you want to receive messages.
- Notion Integration: A Notion integration token and the ID of the Notion database where you want to log moods. The Notion database should have at least two properties: one for the mood rating (e.g., a number or select property) and one for the mood description (e.g., a text property).
- OpenAI API Key: An OpenAI API key for generating personalized wind-down suggestions.
- SMTP Server: Access to an SMTP server for sending emails, configured as an n8n Email Send credential.
Setup/Usage
- Import the Workflow: Import the provided JSON into your n8n instance.
- Configure Credentials:
- Set up a Telegram Account credential with your bot token.
- Set up a Notion Account credential with your integration token.
- Set up an OpenAI Account credential with your API key.
- Set up an Email Send Account credential for your SMTP server.
- Update Node Parameters:
- Cron Node: Adjust the schedule to your preferred evening wind-down time.
- Telegram Trigger Node: Ensure it's configured to listen for messages from your Telegram bot.
- Telegram Nodes (Send Mood Check-in, Send Wind-Down Suggestion): Update the "Chat ID" to your personal Telegram chat ID.
- Notion Node:
- Set the "Database ID" to your Notion mood tracking database ID.
- Map the mood rating and description from the Telegram input to the corresponding properties in your Notion database.
- OpenAI Node: Review the prompt to ensure it aligns with the type of wind-down suggestions you desire.
- Send Email Node:
- Update the "To" email address to your own.
- Customize the "Subject" and "Body" of the email as needed.
- Edit Fields (Set) Node: This node is used to structure the data for the email. Ensure the fields match the data you want to include in your summary email.
- If Node: This node checks if a mood rating was provided. You might need to adjust its condition based on how you expect the mood rating to be formatted from Telegram.
- Code Node: This node likely processes the Telegram input to extract the mood rating and description. You may need to adapt the JavaScript code if your Telegram input format differs.
- Activate the Workflow: Once all configurations are complete, activate the workflow.
The workflow will now run automatically at the scheduled time, guide you through a mood check-in, provide a personalized wind-down suggestion, and send you a daily summary.

Auto-reply & create Linear tickets from Gmail with GPT-5, gotoHuman & human review
This workflow automatically classifies every new email from your linked mailbox, drafts a personalized reply, and creates Linear tickets for bugs or feature requests. It uses a human-in-the-loop with gotoHuman and continuously improves itself by learning from approved examples. How it works The workflow triggers on every new email from your linked mailbox. Self-learning Email Classifier: an AI model categorizes the email into defined categories (e.g., Bug Report, Feature Request, Sales Opportunity, etc.). It fetches previously approved classification examples from gotoHuman to refine decisions. Self-learning Email Writer: the AI drafts a reply to the email. It learns over time by using previously approved replies from gotoHuman, with per-classification context to tailor tone and style (e.g., different style for sales vs. bug reports). Human Review in gotoHuman: review the classification and the drafted reply. Drafts can be edited or retried. Approved values are used to train the self-learning agents. Send approved Reply: the approved response is sent as a reply to the email thread. Create ticket: if the classification is Bug or Feature Request, a ticket is created by another AI agent in Linear. Human Review in gotoHuman: How to set up Most importantly, install the gotoHuman node before importing this template! (Just add the node to a blank canvas before importing) Set up credentials for gotoHuman, OpenAI, your email provider (e.g. Gmail), and Linear. In gotoHuman, select and create the pre-built review template "Support email agent" or import the ID: 6fzuCJlFYJtlu9mGYcVT. Select this template in the gotoHuman node. In the "gotoHuman: Fetch approved examples" http nodes you need to add your formId. It is the ID of the review template that you just created/imported in gotoHuman. Requirements gotoHuman (human supervision, memory for self-learning) OpenAI (classification, drafting) Gmail or your preferred email provider (for email trigger+replies) Linear (ticketing) How to customize Expand or refine the categories used by the classifier. Update the prompt to reflect your own taxonomy. Filter fetched training data from gotoHuman by reviewer so the writer adapts to their personalized tone and preferences. Add more context to the AI email writer (calendar events, FAQs, product docs) to improve reply quality.
