Monitor Daily HR Risks and Standup Summaries with monday.com and GPT-4o-mini
This n8n workflow automates the process of generating daily standup summaries and identifying potential HR risks from various inputs, then posting these insights to monday.com and sending email notifications for high-risk items. It leverages AI to analyze text and categorize risks, streamlining daily HR operations and communication.
What it does
This workflow performs the following key steps:
- Triggers Daily: The workflow is scheduled to run daily, ensuring regular updates and monitoring.
- Generates Standup Summary: It uses a custom Code node to create a "Daily Standup Summary" message.
- Analyzes for HR Risks with OpenAI:
- It sends the generated standup summary to OpenAI (GPT-4o-mini) to identify potential HR risks.
- The prompt instructs the AI to categorize risks as "High Risk," "Medium Risk," or "Low Risk," and to provide a brief explanation.
- Filters High-Risk Items: An If node checks the AI's response for "High Risk" items.
- Posts to monday.com:
- For all standup summaries (regardless of risk level), it creates an item on a specified monday.com board (e.g., "Daily Standup Summaries") with the summary and identified risks.
- If a "High Risk" item is identified, it also creates an item on a separate monday.com board (e.g., "HR Risks").
- Sends Email for High Risks: If a "High Risk" item is detected, it sends an email notification via Gmail to a specified recipient (e.g., HR Manager) detailing the high-risk summary.
Prerequisites/Requirements
To use this workflow, you will need:
- n8n Instance: A running n8n instance.
