What it does

This workflow streamlines the patient pre-registration journey through the following steps:

  1. Receives Patient Data: It starts by listening for incoming patient pre-registration data via a webhook.
  2. Generates Verification Code: A unique verification code is generated for the patient.
  3. Sends Verification Email: An email containing the verification code is sent to the patient using Gmail.
  4. Waits for Verification: The workflow pauses, awaiting a verification response from the patient via another webhook.
  5. Validates Verification: It checks if the provided verification code matches the one sent.
  6. Handles Invalid Verification: If the code is incorrect, it stops the workflow and sends an error response.
  7. Generates QR Code: Upon successful verification, a QR code is generated using an external API.
