What it does

  1. Triggers on a Schedule: The workflow starts at a predefined interval (e.g., daily, weekly) to check for new meeting notes.
  2. Fetches Meeting Transcripts (Placeholder): It includes an HTTP Request node, which is a placeholder for fetching meeting transcripts from an external source (e.g., a meeting platform API, a shared drive). You will need to configure this node to connect to your specific meeting notes source.
  3. Prepares Data: It uses a Set node to structure the fetched data and a Date & Time node to format timestamps, ensuring the data is ready for AI processing.
