How it works / What it does

Use a Form to collects domain, keywords, and target language.

The workflow refines keywords, finds recent articles and authoritative citations, then synthesizes a master outline and loops through each section: generate search queries → fetch web results → summarize findings → write the section with the advanced model.

Finally, it aggregates all sections into a clean Markdown article. Optional delivery nodes (Email, Telegram) and an AI Agent are included but disabled by default.

How to set up

  1. Import the workflow JSON into n8n.
  2. Add your OpenAI credential
  3. Set simple_model / advanced_model in LLM Params

Requirements

  • n8n instance with outbound internet access.
  • OpenAI API access (Responses API + web_search_preview).
  • (Optional) Email/Telegram credentials if you want to deliver results async

How to customize the workflow

  • Edit prompts in LLM Params and Section Prompts to match tone, structure, and SEO style

What it does

This workflow orchestrates a series of steps to generate comprehensive articles:

  1. Receives Article Request: It starts by accepting an article request via an n8n form, which typically includes the desired article topic.
  2. Initial Data Transformation: It processes the incoming data, setting up the necessary fields for the AI agent.
  3. AI Agent Article Generation: An AI Agent (likely powered by OpenAI and integrated with web search tools) is invoked to research the topic and generate the article content. This agent is configured to produce SEO-friendly content.
  4. Loop for Content Processing: The generated content is then processed in batches, allowing for structured handling of different article sections or data points.
  5. Splits Out Content Sections: It splits the content into individual sections or items for further processing.
  6. Converts to Markdown: The article content is formatted into Markdown, a lightweight markup language for creating formatted text.
  7. Aggregates Content: All processed content sections are then aggregated back into a single, cohesive article.
  8. Human-in-the-Loop Review (Optional):
    • Sends Telegram Notification: It can send a notification to a Telegram channel, potentially for a human to review the generated article.
    • Sends Email Notification: Alternatively, or in addition, it can send an email with the generated article for review.

Prerequisites/Requirements

To use this workflow, you will need:

  • n8n Instance: A running n8n instance.
  • OpenAI API Key: For the AI Agent to generate content.
  • Web Search API (Implicit): The AI Agent likely uses a web search tool (e.g., Google Search API) for research. This would require appropriate credentials for the chosen search provider.
  • Telegram Account/Bot (Optional): If you wish to receive notifications via Telegram, you'll need a Telegram bot and chat ID.
  • SMTP Server Credentials (Optional): If you wish to receive email notifications, you'll need an SMTP server configured for sending emails.

Setup/Usage

  1. Import the workflow: Download the JSON file and import it into your n8n instance.
  2. Configure Credentials:
    • AI Agent (Node 1119): Configure your OpenAI API key and any necessary web search API credentials.
    • Telegram (Node 49): If using Telegram for notifications, set up your Telegram Bot API Token and Chat ID.
    • Send Email (Node 11): If using email for notifications, configure your SMTP credentials.
  3. Configure the Form Trigger (Node 1225):
    • Activate the "n8n Form Trigger" node. This will generate a unique webhook URL.
    • Share this URL or embed the form to accept article topic submissions.
  4. Customize Content Generation (Node 1119 - AI Agent): Adjust the prompts and parameters within the AI Agent node to fine-tune the article generation process, focusing on desired tone, length, and SEO requirements.
  5. Activate the Workflow: Once all configurations are complete, activate the workflow.

Now, whenever the n8n form is submitted with an article topic, the workflow will automatically generate a research-based article, format it, and send it for review.
