This workflow is a comprehensive, AI-powered system that acts as a virtual content manager for creators and marketing teams. It automates the entire content lifecycle, from ingestion and analysis to multi-channel distribution and performance logging.
- Multi-Source Ingestion: The workflow starts by ingesting new content from a trigger, such as a WordPress blog post or an RSS Feed from a YouTube channel.
- AI-Powered Analysis: The new content is sent to an OpenAI (GPT-4) node, which performs a series of high-value tasks. It instantly creates a summary, extracts keywords, analyzes the sentiment, and generates tailored post drafts for different social media platforms.
- Smart Distribution: A Buffer node then takes these AI-generated, platform-specific posts and schedules them for optimal times across your social media channels like Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Centralized Archiving: All of the content data, including the AI-generated summaries and insights, are automatically logged into a Google Sheets database. This creates a powerful, searchable archive and an analytics dashboard for tracking content performance.
How to Set Up 🛠️
- Import the Workflow: Copy the provided workflow JSON and import it into your n8n instance.
- Configure Credentials:
- OpenAI: Add your API Key.
- WordPress: Add your API credentials.

What it does
This workflow performs the following steps:
- Monitors RSS Feed: It listens for new items in a specified RSS feed.
- Fetches Content Details: For each new RSS item, it retrieves the content.
- Analyzes Content with OpenAI (GPT-4): It sends the new content to OpenAI's GPT-4 model to generate a summary, identify key topics, and suggest relevant hashtags.
- Prepares Social Media Posts: It uses the analysis from GPT-4 to craft tailored posts for Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn.
- Distributes to Facebook: Posts the generated content to a specified Facebook page.
- Distributes to X (Twitter): Posts the generated content as a tweet.
- Distributes to LinkedIn: Posts the generated content to a specified LinkedIn profile or page.
- Logs to Google Sheets: Records the original RSS item details and the generated social media posts into a Google Sheet for tracking and auditing.
Prerequisites/Requirements
To use this workflow, you will need:
- n8n Instance: A running n8n instance.
- RSS Feed URL: The URL of the RSS feed you wish to monitor.
- OpenAI API Key: An API key for OpenAI with access to GPT-4 (or a similar model).
- Facebook Account: A Facebook account with a page you can post to, and the necessary Facebook Graph API credentials.
- X (formerly Twitter) Account: An X account and API credentials for posting tweets.

Setup/Usage
- Import the Workflow: Download the provided JSON and import it into your n8n instance.
- Configure Credentials:
- Set up your OpenAI credential with your API key.
- Configure Facebook Graph API credentials, ensuring they have permissions to post to your desired page.
- Set up X (Twitter) credentials with appropriate permissions.
- Configure LinkedIn credentials for posting updates.
- Set up Google Sheets credentials, granting access to the spreadsheet where you want to log data.
- Configure Nodes:
- RSS Feed Trigger: Enter the URL of the RSS feed you want to monitor.
