How it works This workflow acts like your own personal AI assistant, automatically fetching and summarizing the most relevant Security, Privacy, and Compliance news from curated RSS feeds. It processes only the latest articles (past 24 hours), organizes them by category, summarizes key insights using AI, and delivers a clean HTML digest straight to your inbox—saving you time every day.

Key Highlights

  • Handles three independent tracks: Security, Privacy, and Compliance
  • Processes content from customizable RSS sources (add/remove easily)
  • Filters fresh articles, removes duplicates, and sorts by recency
  • Uses AI to summarize and format insights in a digestible format
  • Sends polished HTML digests via Gmail—one per category
  • Fully modular and extensible—adapt it to your needs

Personalization You can easily tailor the workflow:

🎯 Customize feeds: Add or remove sources in the following Code nodes:

Fetch Security RSS, Fetch Privacy Feeds, and Fetch Compliance Feeds

🔧 Modify logic: Adjust filters, sorting, formatting, or even AI prompts as needed

🧠 Bring your own LLM: Works with Gemini, but easily swappable for other LLM APIs

Setup Instructions

  • Requires Gmail and LLM (e.g., Gemini) credentials
  • Prebuilt with placeholders for RSS feeds and email output
  • Designed to be readable, maintainable, and fully adaptable

Intelligent AI Digest for Security, Privacy, and Compliance Feeds

This n8n workflow automates the process of reading RSS feeds related to security, privacy, and compliance, intelligently processing the content using an AI agent, and then sending a summarized digest via email. This helps security professionals, compliance officers, and privacy advocates stay up-to-date with critical information without manually sifting through numerous articles.

What it does

  1. Triggers on a Schedule: The workflow starts at predefined intervals (e.g., daily, weekly) to check for new content.
  2. Reads RSS Feeds: It fetches the latest articles from configured RSS feeds, specifically looking for security, privacy, and compliance-related news.
  3. Processes RSS Items: Each item from the RSS feed is individually processed to extract relevant information.
  4. Filters Content: It filters the fetched articles, potentially based on keywords or other criteria, to ensure only relevant content is passed to the AI.
  5. Sorts Content: The relevant articles are then sorted, likely by date or relevance, before further processing.
  6. Summarizes with AI: An AI Agent (powered by Google Gemini Chat Model) analyzes each article to generate a concise summary, extract key insights, and highlight critical aspects related to security, privacy, and compliance.
  7. Formats Digest: The AI-generated summaries are compiled into a structured digest.
  8. Sends Email Digest: The compiled digest is sent as an email via Gmail to a specified recipient list.

Prerequisites/Requirements

  • n8n Instance: A running n8n instance (self-hosted or cloud).
  • RSS Feeds: URLs of the RSS feeds you wish to monitor for security, privacy, and compliance news.
  • Google Gemini API Key: An API key for the Google Gemini Chat Model to enable the AI Agent functionality.
  • Gmail Account: A configured Gmail credential in n8n to send the email digests.

Setup/Usage

  1. Import the Workflow:
    • Download the provided JSON file.
    • In your n8n instance, go to "Workflows" and click "New".
    • Click the "Import from JSON" button and paste the workflow JSON or upload the file.
  2. Configure Credentials:
    • Google Gemini Chat Model:
      • Locate the "Google Gemini Chat Model" node.
      • Click on the "Credential" field and select "Create New Credential".
      • Choose "Google Gemini API" and enter your API Key.
    • Gmail:
      • Locate the "Gmail" node.
      • Click on the "Credential" field and select "Create New Credential".
      • Choose "Google OAuth2 API" and follow the steps to authenticate your Gmail account.
  3. Customize RSS Feeds:
    • Locate the "RSS Read" node.
    • Update the "URL" field with the RSS feed URLs you want to monitor. You can add multiple URLs.
  4. Configure Filter Logic (Optional):
    • Locate the "Filter" node.
    • Adjust the conditions to refine which articles are passed to the AI agent. This could involve keywords in the title or description.
  5. Configure AI Agent Prompt:
    • Locate the "AI Agent" node.
    • Review and adjust the "System Message" or "User Message" to guide the AI on how to summarize and what specific aspects (security, privacy, compliance) to focus on.
  6. Configure Email Recipients:
    • Locate the "Gmail" node.
    • In the "To" field, enter the email address(es) where you want to receive the digest.
    • Customize the "Subject" and "Body" of the email if needed. The "Body" will likely contain the output from the AI Agent.
  7. Set Schedule:
    • Locate the "Schedule Trigger" node.
    • Configure the desired interval for the workflow to run (e.g., every day at 9 AM, every Monday).
  8. Activate the Workflow: Once all configurations are complete, save the workflow and activate it by toggling the "Active" switch in the top right corner.

Auto-reply & create Linear tickets from Gmail with GPT-5, gotoHuman & human review

This workflow automatically classifies every new email from your linked mailbox, drafts a personalized reply, and creates Linear tickets for bugs or feature requests. It uses a human-in-the-loop with gotoHuman and continuously improves itself by learning from approved examples. How it works The workflow triggers on every new email from your linked mailbox. Self-learning Email Classifier: an AI model categorizes the email into defined categories (e.g., Bug Report, Feature Request, Sales Opportunity, etc.). It fetches previously approved classification examples from gotoHuman to refine decisions. Self-learning Email Writer: the AI drafts a reply to the email. It learns over time by using previously approved replies from gotoHuman, with per-classification context to tailor tone and style (e.g., different style for sales vs. bug reports). Human Review in gotoHuman: review the classification and the drafted reply. Drafts can be edited or retried. Approved values are used to train the self-learning agents. Send approved Reply: the approved response is sent as a reply to the email thread. Create ticket: if the classification is Bug or Feature Request, a ticket is created by another AI agent in Linear. Human Review in gotoHuman: How to set up Most importantly, install the gotoHuman node before importing this template! (Just add the node to a blank canvas before importing) Set up credentials for gotoHuman, OpenAI, your email provider (e.g. Gmail), and Linear. In gotoHuman, select and create the pre-built review template "Support email agent" or import the ID: 6fzuCJlFYJtlu9mGYcVT. Select this template in the gotoHuman node. In the "gotoHuman: Fetch approved examples" http nodes you need to add your formId. It is the ID of the review template that you just created/imported in gotoHuman. Requirements gotoHuman (human supervision, memory for self-learning) OpenAI (classification, drafting) Gmail or your preferred email provider (for email trigger+replies) Linear (ticketing) How to customize Expand or refine the categories used by the classifier. Update the prompt to reflect your own taxonomy. Filter fetched training data from gotoHuman by reviewer so the writer adapts to their personalized tone and preferences. Add more context to the AI email writer (calendar events, FAQs, product docs) to improve reply quality.
