Intelligent email organization with AI-powered content classification for Gmail
This workflow leverages AI to intelligently analyze incoming Gmail messages and automatically apply relevant labels based on the email content. The default configuration includes the following labels: Newsletter: Subscription updates or promotional content. Inquiry: Emails requesting information or responses. Invoice: Billing and payment-related emails. Proposal: Business offers or collaboration opportunities. Action Required: Emails demanding immediate tasks or actions. Follow-up Reminder: Emails prompting follow-up actions. Task: Emails containing actionable tasks. Personal: Non-work-related emails. Urgent: Time-sensitive or critical communications. Bank: Banking alerts and financial statements. Job Update: Recruitment or job-related communications. Spam/Junk: Unwanted or irrelevant bulk emails. Social/Networking: Notifications from social platforms. Receipt: Purchase confirmations and receipts. Event Invite: Invitations or calendar-related messages. Subscription Renewal: Reminders for subscription expirations. System Notification: Technical alerts from services or systems. You can customize labels and definitions based on your specific use case. How it works: The workflow periodically retrieves new Gmail messages. Only emails without existing labels, regardless of read status, are sent to the AI for analysis. Email content (subject and body) is analyzed by an AI model to determine the appropriate label. Labels identified by the AI are applied to each email accordingly. Note: This workflow performs 100% better than the default Gmail trigger method, which is why the workflow was switched from Gmail trigger to a scheduled workflow. By selectively processing only unlabeled emails, it ensures comprehensive labeling while significantly reducing AI processing costs. Setup Steps: Configure credentials for Gmail and your chosen AI service (e.g., OpenAI). Ensure labels exist in your Gmail account matching the workflow definitions. Adjust the AI prompt to match your labeling needs. Optionally customize the polling interval (default: every 2 minutes). This workflow streamlines your email management, keeping your inbox organized effortlessly while optimizing resource usage.

Lookup IP geolocation details with IP-API.com via webhook
This n8n template enables you to instantly retrieve detailed geolocation information for any given IP address by simply sending a webhook request. Leverage the power of IP-API.com to gain insights into user locations, personalize experiences, or enhance security protocols within your automated workflows. --- 🔧 How it works Receive IP Webhook: This node acts as the entry point, listening for incoming POST requests. It expects a JSON body containing an ip property with the IP address you wish to look up. Get IP Geolocation: This node makes an HTTP GET request to the IP-API.com service, passing the IP address from your webhook. The API responds with a comprehensive JSON object detailing the IP's location (country, city, region), ISP, organization, and more. Respond with Geolocation Data: This node sends the full geolocation data received from IP-API.com back to the service that initiated the webhook. --- 👤 Who is it for? This workflow is ideal for: Marketing & Sales Teams: Personalize website content, offers, or ads based on a visitor's geographic location. Tailor email campaigns by region. Customer Support: Quickly identify a customer's location to provide more localized or relevant assistance. Security & Fraud Detection: Analyze incoming connection IPs to identify suspicious activity, block known malicious regions, or flag potential fraud. Analytics & Reporting: Augment your analytics data with geographical insights about your users or traffic. Developers & Integrators: Easily add IP lookup functionality to custom applications, internal tools, or monitoring systems. Content Delivery Networks (CDNs): Route users to the closest servers for faster content delivery (though advanced CDNs usually handle this automatically). --- 📑 Data Structure When you trigger the webhook, send a POST request with a JSON body structured as follows: { "ip": "8.8.8.8" // Replace with the IP address you want to look up } The workflow will return a JSON response similar to this (data will vary based on IP): { "status": "success", "country": "United States", "countryCode": "US", "region": "VA", "regionName": "Virginia", "city": "Ashburn", "zip": "20149", "lat": 39.0437, "lon": -77.4875, "timezone": "America/New_York", "isp": "Google LLC", "org": "Google Public DNS", "as": "AS15169 Google LLC", "query": "8.8.8.8" } --- ⚙️ Setup Instructions Import Workflow: In your n8n editor, click "Import from JSON" and paste the provided workflow JSON. Configure Webhook Path: Double-click the Receive IP Webhook node. In the 'Path' field, set a unique and descriptive path (e.g., /ip-lookup). Activate Workflow: Save and activate the workflow. --- 📝 Tips This workflow, while simple, is a powerful building block. Here's how you can make it even more useful: Conditional Logic: Add IF nodes after "Get IP Geolocation" to create conditional branches. For example: If countryCode is 'CN' or 'RU', send an alert to your security team. If city is 'New York', route the request to a specific sales representative. Data Enrichment: Integrate this workflow into larger automation. For instance: When a new sign-up occurs, pass their IP address to this workflow, then save the returned geolocation data (country, city, ISP) alongside their user profile in your CRM or database. For e-commerce, use the location data to pre-fill shipping fields or suggest local currency/language. Logging & Analytics: Store the lookup results in a spreadsheet (Google Sheets), database (PostgreSQL, Airtable), or logging service. This can help you track where your users are coming from over time. Rate Limiting: IP-API.com has rate limits for its free tier. If you anticipate high usage, consider adding a Delay node or implementing a caching mechanism with a Cache node to avoid hitting limits. For heavy use, you might need to upgrade to a paid plan. Dynamic Response: Instead of returning the full JSON, you could use a Function node to extract only specific pieces of information (e.g., just the country and city) and return a more concise response. Input Validation: For robust production use, add a Function node after the webhook to validate that the incoming ip value is indeed a valid IP address. If it's not, you can return an error message to the caller.
Manage Adobe Acrobat e-signatures with webhooks
This workflow automatically manages Acrobat Sign signatures, respond with "intent" to Acrobat-Sign webhooks. Prerequisites Adobe Acrobat Sign and Sign webhook Basic knowledge of JavaScript Nodes Webhook nodes trigger the workflow on new sign intents on a document Respond to Webhook node sets the response headers. Function node processes data returned by the previous node. Set node sets the required values.
Automated brand mentions tracker with GPT-4o, Google Sheets, and email
This workflow enables you to automate the daily monitoring of how an AI model (like ChatGPT) responds to specific queries relevant to your market. It identifies mentions of your brand and predefined competitors, logs detailed interactions in Google Sheets, and delivers a comprehensive email report. Main Use Cases Monitor how your brand is mentioned by AI in response to relevant user queries. Track mentions of key competitors to understand AI's comparative positioning. Gain insights into AI's current knowledge and portrayal of your brand and market landscape. Automate daily intelligence gathering on AI-driven brand perception. How it works The workflow operates as a scheduled process, organized into these stages: Configuration & Scheduling Triggers daily (or can be run manually). Key variables are defined within the workflow: your brand name (e.g., "YourBrandName"), a list of queries to ask the AI, and a list of competitor names to track in responses. AI Querying For each predefined query, the workflow sends a request to the OpenAI ChatGPT API (via an HTTP Request node). Response Analysis Each AI response is processed by a Code node to: Check if your brand name is mentioned (case-insensitive). Identify if any of the listed competitors are mentioned (case-insensitive). Extract the core AI response content (limited to 500 characters for brevity in logs/reports). Data Logging to Google Sheets Detailed results for each query—including timestamp, date, the query itself, query index, your brand name, the AI's response, whether your brand was mentioned, and any errors—are appended to a specified Google Sheet. Email Report Generation A comprehensive HTML email report is compiled. This report summarizes: Total queries processed, number of times your brand was mentioned, total competitor mentions, and any errors encountered. A summary of competitor mentions, listing each competitor and how many times they were mentioned. A detailed table listing each query, whether your brand was mentioned, and which competitors (if any) were mentioned in the AI's response. Automated Reporting The generated HTML email report is sent to specified recipients, providing a daily snapshot of AI interactions. Summary Flow: Schedule/Workflow Trigger → Initialize Brand, Queries, Competitors (in Code node) → For each Query: Query ChatGPT API → Process AI Response (Check for Brand & Competitor Mentions) → Log Results to Google Sheets → Generate Consolidated HTML Email Report → Send Email Notification Benefits: Fully automated daily monitoring of AI responses concerning your brand and competitors. Provides objective insights into how AI models are representing your brand in user interactions. Delivers actionable competitive intelligence by tracking competitor mentions. Centralized logging in Google Sheets for historical analysis and trend spotting. Easily customizable with your specific brand, queries, competitor list, and reporting recipients.
